Max Timmerbeil Business Development Manager

Max Timmerbeil has 10 years of experience in Investment Banking and Financial Advisory and has a track record of executing M&A and Project Finance transactions in the Oil and Gas sector, including fundraising across the capital structure. 

Prior to his current role, Max had occupied the position of Senior Commercial Advisor of Cheiron Energy in Egypt and prior to that he was part of the EMEA Energy Investment Banking team at Kirk Lovegrove & Co. in London.  

Prior to Cheiron and KLC, Max worked for 5 years in the Natural Resources Investment Banking team of Exotix Capital covering Emerging Markets-focused Small- and Mid-Caps, as well as NOCs. 

Max holds a Master’s degree in Economics from SOAS and a Bachelor degree in Economics & Business Economics from RUG.
