David Wright - technical advisor
David Wright is a chartered engineer and a member of the Association for Project Management. He has over 35 years of experience in the upstream oil & gas industry, specializing in development engineering and project management. David has managed capital projects for various companies, including Burlington Resources, Tullow Oil plc, Centrica plc, and Capricorn Energy plc in the UK and Africa. His expertise covers both offshore and onshore projects, such as wells, platforms, subsea systems, pipelines, and processing plants. He has taken Tullow Oil's project through FEED, awarding EPC contracts and early detailed design. Recently, he has worked with Chariot Ltd on the conceptual engineering and FEED of the Anchois Gas project offshore Morocco.
David is the Project Manager overseeing the Banda and Tevet fields development for Go Gas. He plays a pivotal role in leading a dedicated Project Management Team and bringing his wealth of experience in project management. His mandate extends beyond conventional project management and involves building a robust team that comprises all disciplines' requisite qualifications and capabilities. This strategic approach aims to vigilantly oversee and manage the performance of Go Gas's technical service providers. David's leadership will be instrumental in ensuring that our technical partners align their efforts with our development strategy and uphold the highest industry standards.
